IpZap.com does not use cookies to track users.  IpZap.com terminates all cookies (if properly selected by the user) during all web surfing sessions.

We cannot ensure that all of your private communications and other personally identifiable information will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this Privacy Agreement.  By way of example (without limiting the foregoing), we may be forced to disclose information to the government or third parties under certain circumstances, third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications, or users may abuse or misuse your information that they collect from our Site. 

ACCOUNT ESTABLISHMENT

Upon signing up for our membership, IpZap.com will send an e-mail to the e-mail address provided during registration.  This is to establish that the new account is valid. Accounts with  invalid e-mail addresses will not be able to participate in all features of IpZap.com. There will be no spam mail originating from IpZap.com's mail servers to any one of our users. SITE AND SERVICE UPDATES

We will be sending our users site and service announcement updates. Members are not able to un-subscribe from service announcements, which contain important information about the service. We communicate with the user to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to the account via e-mail. Coming Soon.

NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on our Home page and use our best efforts to announce via e-mail so all users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will make a reasonable effort to notify users by way of an e-mail.  Users have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner.  We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
