IPZAP Terms of Service & Acceptable Uses Policy

As a user of IPZAP, you agree to and will respect our terms of service when you use our proxy as follows:

• IPZAP shall not be used to send software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs that are designed or intended to disrupt, damage, or limit the functioning of any software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment.

• IPZAP shall not be used to send mass emails - spam.

• IPZAP shall not be used for sending commercial email solicitations or advertisements.

• IPZAP shall not be used to send emails containing personally identifiable information about children.

• IPZAP shall not be used to obtain unauthorized access to any computer network or system.

• IPZAP shall not be used to send emails that specifically advertises firearms or ammunition, tobacco, alcohol, or any other product or service that is illegal in Virginia, California (or other appropriate states), or the domicile of either the distributor or recipient.

• IPZAP shall not be intentionally used to crash, slow down, or intentionally harm any computer system or network.

• IPZAP shall not be used to harass, abuse, defame or threaten anyone or anything.

• IPZAP shall not be used to promote participation in multi-level or pyramid marketing initiatives

• IPZAP shall not be used in furtherance of criminal activity of any kind.

• IPZAP shall not be accessed using any automated system or using repeated high speed requests. This ends up slowing down the IPZAP Proxy for all users.

As long as these conditions are met and agreed to, IPZAP will take all possible legal measures to ensure the anonymity of each user.

We regret the necessity of this policy, but without it, abuse will force the shutdown of the IPZAP website. Any violation of these conditions will result in the banning of your IP from the IPZAP proxy or remailer.

IPZAP's potential liability for the services is limited - NEITHER IPZAP NOR ANY OF ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, CONTENT PROVIDERS OR SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF USE OF THE SERVICES, OR INABILITY TO GAIN ACCESS TO OR USE THE SERVICES. IPZAP WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY MATERIAL OF WEB SITES ACCESSED THROUGH THE IPZAP SERVICE OR FOR INFORMATION CONTAINED IN OR PART OF THE SERVICES. BECAUSE SOME STATES AND COUNTRIES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH STATES OR COUNTRIES, THE RESPECTIVE LIABILITY OF IPZAP, ITS EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, AFFILIATES, AND CONTENT OR SERVICE PROVIDERS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY SUCH STATE LAW OR COUNTRY LAW.
